Mario Castillo - October’s R.S. Hanline, Shelby, Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Mario Castillo, our Shelby, Ohio Employee of the Month for October!

Mario has been a valuable member of the R.S. Hanline & Company team for 2.5 years, currently serving as a Line Lead and Redzone Mentor.
His favorite part of working at Hanline is the opportunity for growth. "There are endless opportunities if you really apply yourself," Mario says. He advises new hires to "learn as much as you can," emphasizing that the company provides pathways for career advancement for everyone.

Mario credits Hanline with fostering his own career development, particularly by giving him the chance to work on the machines on his line. This experience helped him prove to himself that he is mechanically inclined.
