Lane Butterfield - R.S. Hanline, Iowa, Employee of the Quarter Q4

A huge congratulations to Lane Butterfield for being named the Employee of the Quarter for Q4 2025 at our Cedar Rapids, Iowa location!

Lane has been a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist with us for the past two and a half years. When asked about his favorite part of being on the Hanline team, Lane highlighted the leadership of Plant Manager Matt Gauley, noting that having a boss who makes you feel valued and appreciated is monumental.

He credits R.S. Hanline with supporting his career development by providing a space where he can learn from his mistakes and grow. Lane also appreciates the training opportunities that have prepared him to take on new challenges.

Don't be afraid to ask questions if you need clarification. Observe your team members closely and always pay attention to labels and products.
