Division Overview

Entourage Freight Solutions, founded in 2013, is an industry leader and a true 3PL in navigating refrigerated freight as well as dry freight and the expedited markets with more than 8,000 carriers in our vast network.

Position Summary

Entourage Freight Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to work in a third-party logistics/truck brokerage environment. Drive, resilience, self-motivation, and strategic thinking are necessary qualities that the ideal candidate for this role will possess. 

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed margin goals as determined by established budget or other guidelines.
• Meet or exceed order count goals as determined by established budget or other guidelines.
• Facilitate account growth through multi-level relationships with all assigned customers. 
• Service each account at the expected performance rate (per contract and/or EFS standard).
• Customer Management
• Order Management
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Controller
• Minimum of 3 years in the logistics industry or similar
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (accounting, Finance, etc.)
