    Outbound tender rejections continue to decrease slightly. The market is becoming more balanced in general, however there are still areas to be cautious of.

    Demand remains high in South Texas & South Florida. South Texas tender rejections are at their highest levels in a few years. South Florida is shifting and starting to hinder availability in Central Florida. This trend could continue moving north and into Georgia.

    In terms of weather, there is a lot going on. Flooding is occurring throughout Kentucky, West Virginia and Tennessee. Record cold temps will hit the mid region of the U.S. for the next few days. Winter storm watches are prevalent in the PNW & high winds will hit the northeast, making driving conditions tough.

    Capacity is available as load volumes are steady. Reasonable rates are prevailing.
    Product has moved south & consistent capacity persists. This will continue until Arizona product dwindles.
    Carriers are moving to this area for freight. Capacity is stable with potential fluctuation later in the week.

    Georgia
    Florida (Northern)
    New Jersey & Central / Eastern Pennsylvania are limited. This will continue until better weather arrives. Northeast is stable. Be cautious of high winds.
    Georgia in general is fluctuating day to day. Atlanta will be the most volatile area. Florida is becoming more difficult as load volumes rise. Anticipate rates to increase.

    Tighter coverage is still occurring throughout the week. Could shift to central parts later in the week.
    Still on the edge between limited & stable. Overall, the market is slowly improving.
    Central Indiana will be the tightest market. All other areas are improving & balanced.

    High winds are a factor in Upstate New York. Deadheading can be difficult. Market is acceptable for winter.
    Region isn’t too demanding this time of year. Market & capacity are remaining constant.

    Region isn’t too demanding this time of year. Market & capacity are remaining constant.
