Celebrating Dillon Brining - May 2024's Star Performer

Joining us just 6 months ago, Dillon has quickly become an invaluable asset to our workforce, expertly handling 1st shift production and forklift operations with unmatched dedication.

What sets Dillon apart is not just his exceptional work ethic but also his passion for personal growth and skill development - a testament to the enriching culture we foster at Hanline Frozen. Dillon finds his greatest motivation in the opportunities for advancement and the professional experience he’s gained since joining our team. His advice to newcomers? “Show up every day and give it your all.”

Beyond the workplace, Dillon dreams of exploring the vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes of Puerto Rico. He also hopes to meet Robert Downey Jr., inspired by his iconic role as Ironman.
